What we collect, and what we do with it.

We collect the information you type into the contact or waitlist form, and nothing else that identifies you. We use it to reply to you. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

When you submit the contact form: your name, email address, and — if you choose to fill them in — your company, the service you are interested in, your budget range, your timeline, and whatever you write in the message field.

When you join the course waitlist: your email address only.

When you browse: if analytics is enabled, aggregate page-view data that is not tied to you personally. No cookies are set for this and no cross-site profile is built. If analytics is not enabled, nothing is collected at all.

Standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page) are kept briefly by the hosting provider for security and abuse prevention. Your IP is also held in memory for up to ten minutes to rate-limit form submissions, then discarded.

Reply to you. That is the whole purpose.

A submission is emailed to us and stored so it is not lost. You also receive an automatic confirmation that your message arrived — that email confirms receipt and nothing more; the real reply comes from a person.

We do not run a newsletter or a drip sequence. If you join the course waitlist you will get one email when the course opens, and you can leave at any time by replying and asking.

The hosting provider, which serves the site and keeps short-lived server logs.

The email provider, which delivers the notification and your confirmation.

The analytics provider, if analytics is enabled, which receives anonymous aggregate page views.

That is the complete list. No advertising networks, no data brokers, no tracking pixels, no third-party chat widget.

Enquiries are kept as long as they are useful for our working relationship or a possible one. Ask us to delete yours and we will, with no argument and no retention exception.

Email us and ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form to fill in and no verification hoop — just ask.

You do not have to fill in any optional field. Name and email are the only things we need to reply to you.

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or what we do with it, the date at the top changes too. There is no version where we quietly start selling your data.
