About

We build software, then we run it.

Most shops hand over a repo and move on. We've had to live with the systems we build — support them at 2am, pay for the API calls, eat the cost of a bad architecture decision. That experience is what you're actually hiring.

Santoriello Solutions is a founder-led studio started by Justin Santoriello. It began the way most useful businesses do — people kept asking. A friend needed a site. Someone needed a store that actually worked. Then local businesses started paying for sites built and deployed end to end, domain and all, and it clicked: the thing we do for our own businesses is the thing people pay agencies five figures for.

In the background we'd been building our own products: an autonomous AI trading platform, an AI command center that runs our whole portfolio, two e-commerce storefronts we designed, built and still run, and a clipping SaaS that cuts and posts short-form video without a human touching it. Not prototypes. Live systems with money and operational load on them.

That's the unfair advantage. Hire most shops and you get people who have built features. Here you get people who have built businesses, which means we'll tell you when the thing you're asking for won't make you money — before you pay for it.

The job is mostly the same in every engagement: figure out what the business actually needs, build the smallest version that works, put it live, then automate everything around it until it runs itself. That's what we do for our own companies. It's what we'll do for yours.

Small on purpose. You will not be handed to an account manager, and the people who scope your project are the ones who build it.

How we think

Four rules we build everything by.

01

Software should remove work, not add a login

If a tool needs someone to babysit it every morning, it isn't finished. The bar is: does this run without us?

02

Own your stack

Rented platforms change their pricing, their rules and their API the week you depend on them. We build so you can leave.

03

Automate the boring, gate the expensive

Anything reversible should run unattended. Anything that spends money or can't be undone should stop and ask a human. That line is the whole discipline.

04

Ship, then improve

A live v1 teaches you more in a week than a spec teaches you in a month. Perfect plans die at the first real user.
