The rules for this site.

These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the agreement for a project — paid work is governed by the written scope and price we agree with you before anything starts.

Prices shown here are starting points to give you a realistic anchor before you get in touch. They are not a quote and they are not a binding offer. Your actual price comes in writing, for your actual scope, before any work begins.

Timelines quoted on this site are typical ranges from past projects, not guarantees for yours.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or reserve capacity. It starts a conversation. Either side can decide not to proceed, at any point, for any reason.

Please do not send confidential material or credentials through the form. If something is sensitive, say so and we will find a better channel first.

The case studies describe systems we designed and built. Client work is published with permission. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and appear here to identify the work, not to imply endorsement.

Links out to other sites, including businesses we own, are provided for context. Those sites have their own terms and their own privacy policies, and this one does not apply once you leave.

The writing, design and code of this site are ours. You are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and share the link. Please do not republish it wholesale or pass it off as your own.

We keep this site accurate and correct anything we find wrong, but it is provided as-is. Nothing on it is professional, legal or financial advice, and decisions you make from reading it are your own.

Questions about any of this go to the same place everything else does — email us and we will answer.
