The problem
Short-form distribution is a volume game. Watching VODs, cutting clips, writing captions and posting to four platforms is hours of work per stream, exactly the kind of work that should never be done by a person.
What we built
- Import from a link or a watched channel: the source is downloaded and measured, and new uploads run the whole pipeline with no manual step
- AI moment-finding from the transcript, not the title, with every range validated against the real video length
- FFmpeg rendering: 9:16, 1:1 or 16:9 reframes with burned-in captions generated from the same transcript
- Native publishing through the real TikTok, Instagram Graph and YouTube upload APIs, on a schedule
- Performance read back from each platform and fed into future moment scoring
- Whop Content Rewards campaigns scanned, submitted to and reconciled against real payouts

- Clip production cost per video close to zero
- Posting cadence kept up without a human editor
